Introducing Rivechs!
As always, we here at Backrooms Robotics make sure to provide our customers with top-of-the-line tech to fulfill both your every want and need. Our little Robopets have been quite the success, with many customers satisfied with their cute and portable buddies. However, within the past year we’ve noted that there’s another niche that is yet to be filled, so we’re happy to say that — now available on the market — is an equally awesome and much larger companion for your every desire!
What are Rivechs?
Rivechs are massive, advanced mechs made to do a myriad of things to help your day-to-day life. Unlike some of our other products, they’re designed to manage many of the more laborious tasks that we all know we have to do and yet hate to do ourselves, especially in the industrial state of today’s Backrooms. They feature state-of-the-art technology and design that is sure not to disappoint. From fending off hostile entities to carrying you and all your things across barren levels, Rivechs can do nearly any job you put them up to.
How do Rivechs work?
These robots are smarter than they look. Equipped with cutting-edge AI developed by our company, they can understand any command you give them, and will do their utmost to complete every task. They’re also capable of navigating complicated situations with ease, coming up with their own solutions to obstacles so that you don’t have to run around shouting hyper-specific instructions to a dumb mech.
Rivechs, when purchased, will have their AI linked to you (or whoever you’re buying it for), and your new friend will follow your every command1. If you would like to transfer ownership of a Rivech to another person, please contact Backrooms Robotics’ customer service.
What Types/Models of Rivechs are there?
As with many of our products, we don’t just stop at one design. While not as varied as our Robopets — mostly taking an appearance like that of a horse — you can expect Rivechs to have a number of designs built for various niches to enhance their performances in specific areas. Need one for large amounts of cargo transport? Try one of our taller, lengthier models. Need one for attack and protection? Try one of our bulkier builds. Some of our pricier models are even equipped with things like heaters and antifreeze to sustain themselves in chillier levels, for instance.
In addition to all this, many of our Rivechs can be aesthetically customized with various decorations, patterns, and colors upon order. A number of models are also designed specifically to take customer appeal into account. Check out our catalogue for a full list of customizable traits and add-on features, and remember to take a saddle with you as well. Don’t hesitate to make your cool robot look even cooler!

Okay I know most people think Completionists are scrappy and poor and have nothing to do so we just follow tgochi for a fortune or whatever but I did buy this. Not terrible — the designs are nice and they do work if we’re being technical — but frankly they could be better focused, and perhaps a bit less brutish and/or simple in demeanor which is off-putting for their higher intelligence, at least in my experience after working with them for a while. Plus the little quirks here and there.

Backrooms Robotics, my acquaintances and I have noticed the malfunction of several rivech robots in our vicinity recently. Those apart from us do not seem to be having this issue, so I assume this is an isolated technical issue. However, our attempts to contact you on this matter have so far been unsuccessful, and we urge that you get back to us as soon as possible, for the safety of us and others, if nothing else.
