What is the Coalition of the Backrooms Survivors?

The Coalition of the Backrooms Survivors (CBS) is a union assembled from several Backrooms groups and located on Level 147. Many members of the organization were scientists and engineers in the past, and experts in their fields. Throughout the period of its existence, this organization figured out how to use a few objects of the Backrooms. The biggest discovery of the CBS is the setup of the Level Keys, which allowed them to access Levels that the M.E.G. can't get to. It is believed that there are about four-hundred (400) people in the group, but this information is not exact. This group is considered to be aggressive towards the M.E.G., and this is why we don't recommend you to involve with the members of the CBS.

Behaviour

Members of the group, or the "CBS'ers", are always dressed similar to each other, but the main features of their wardrobe are Masks and yellow jackets with a picture of two Masks which is the emblem of the CBS. The look of the mask they wear depends on the status of its carrier. They always appear in groups of two (2) to five (5) people that are well equipped, but still trying not to get in any open confrontations. They are usually neutral to wanderers if they are not M.E.G. operatives.
If a group meets an entity, they will try to capture it and leave the level after. Some researchers have claimed that the CBS'ers accompanied people or transported cargo with logos of other organizations. That means that they can be hired as couriers or bodyguards. What difference does it make what these fools say? They know almost nothing about us. What is CBS? Our group is your salvation from the hell called the Backrooms. The most important thing to do is to work. Work if you want to make it out. Unlike these cowards that are just trying to inspect the Backrooms from each side, we will touch, twist and even disassemble it. While they look for a key, we will make a lock pick. But for now we are still making it, so in the meantime we want you to get acquainted with this information.

Frontline detachments

Detachment "Bullet Dodgers"

The commander of this detachment is the creator, and the main leader of the CBS.
They usually work as couriers and bodyguards.
Members of this detachment wear Kitsune masks.

Detachment "Key Masters"

Is responsible for searching for Level Keys, and also setting them up.
The most part of its members are engineers.

Detachment "Theatergoers"

They are responsible for the research of the levels that were discovered with the Level Keys
Members of this detachment wear Óni Masks.

Detachment "Cleaners"

The most dangerous and violent detachment.
Is responsible for clearing areas from entities and other people.
Members of this detachment wear Tragedy and Comedy Masks.
The commander of this detachment is the secondary leader of the CBS.

Rear detachments

Detachment "Designers"

Build bases and outposts, and also are responsible for procuring of materials.
They are also responsible for the armament of other detachments.
Invent machines and also repair them.

Archivists

Do paperwork and coordinate other detachments.

Scientific department

Members of the scientific department are biologists and other scientists.
Research entities.

"Animal trainers"

Members of this squad are psychologists and animal trainers.
They research the physiology of the entities and look for a way to use the entities for the goods of humanity.
