Level 434 is currently being assessed for viability as a safe checkpoint to be accessed during expeditions. Below is a preliminary assessment of its features.
Description: Level 434 is a small studio apartment entered through a variety of doorways. Six entrances have currently been located across multiple different levels. Subjects exiting Level 434 will re-emerge in the same location they entered.
These entrances have already been cleared and secured. The following items were removed or demolished in the process:
- A children's slide.
- A wooden fence.
- A doormat.
- A grill.
- A paddling pool.
- A briefcase.
- Several signposts leading to multiple entrances.
- A doghouse.
Level 434 consists of five rooms. Descriptions of these rooms and the items within them at the time of discovery can be found below.
Entrance/Living Room: A standard living space joined in an open plan with the kitchen. The ventilation shaft used for entry and exit is located here. Sections of this shaft are decorated with marker drawings depicting flowers. Two pairs of shoes were found by the doorway, sizes nine children's and six adult's, respectively.
Furniture consists of a leather couch, a hat stand containing a single small jacket, an empty handbag, and a leash, a television stand, a television (not functional), two lamps (functional), and a carpet. All items are coated in a layer of dust. The couch cushions are worn and have been left displaced. Several books, primarily romance and detective novels, can be found throughout the room, with wear on pages indicating all have been read several times.

Kitchen: A small kitchen area attached to the living room. Contains a small kitchen island made of faux marble. Two empty plates are placed on the dinner table, along with two forks and a bowl of fruit. All fruits inside the bowl have rotted. Several cabinets and a fridge contain similarly aged items, including a carton of milk dated four months prior to discovery. Several photos are attached to the fridge.
An electric stove/oven hybrid is between two cabinets. On top of the stove is a pot of water containing pasta. The water is starchy, and the pasta is overcooked. The hob is turned on; however, it does not appear functional. There is a bin in one corner. It contains several pairs of jeans and large work shirts, all of which have been ripped apart. A dog bowl is next to it. It has not been cleaned in some time.
Bathroom: A bathroom accessible by a single door. The door has been modified to remove the lock. The room contains a mirror attached to a medicine cabinet, a bath/shower hybrid, a sink, and a toilet. Several pill bottles of various medicines are found inside the cabinet, along with a roll of toothpaste, a razor, and three toothbrushes. Several brown hairs are caught inside the razor. A circle of dust is disrupted inside the cabinet.
Running water appears functional. The drain is clogged, and a pool of dirty water is floating inside the sink.
Small Bedroom: A child's bedroom. No door is present on the hinges. The walls are covered with pink wallpaper depicting ponies. A desk, single bed, wardrobe and chair are found inside the room. The wardrobe contains a collection of clothes sized for a child. A single hanger is empty.
On top of the desk sits a collection of drawings. Drawings depict a variety of subjects, primarily including three people and a dog. One character, a child, is depicted at different ages in various images. Details on both the dog and male adult differ wildly in more recent drawings. Other character traits largely remain the same.
Within the bed lies a single, female cadaver, aged around eight years old. Her face is obscured by a pillow. A plush bear rests on her right palm.
Master Bedroom: A bedroom entered through a door opposite the small bedroom entrance. Furniture consists of a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a desk, an office chair, and a wardrobe. One half of the wardrobe contains a variety of dresses, skirts, jeans, and other pieces of clothing. The other half consists of empty hangers.
A mirror sits on top of the desk, with a makeup kit beside it. The mirror is stained with strokes of lipstick. A lamp can be found atop one nightstand. It does not work.
Inside the bed is an adult female cadaver. An empty bottle of pills can be found beside her. The bed is not made. Two pillows have fallen on the floor.
