Operation Briefing:
I just received a signal from Perseus. He found a great spot for you to conduct an interrogation. Alpha, take four other sentinels with you this time; I want you to capture at least one of these freaks alive and take it to Perseus' location. Have no mercy for the others. You know I trust you, but please remain vigilant; don't let them turn you into one of them… Don't end up like Lyra.

Agent Perseus: Took you long enough.
Sentinel Alpha: We had to kill 50 of those bastards, including… [sigh], our old comrade Lyra, just to capture only one of them. So, please have some respect, Perseus, at least for our fallen comrade.
Agent Perseus: Respect? After the slow and painful death you gave her? You let her brain get slowly consumed by those freaks! Lyra didn't deserve to end up like th-
Sentinel Alpha: Don't you dare saying her name! I did everything in my power to save her! If only I could have taken down 30 of those fanatics single-handed!
Sentinel Alpha: I had to endure all the pain of guilt… I can still hear her voice haunting me, begging me to give her up for my own sake… So, I suggest you consider letting go of your ego and thinking at least a little more of others.
Agent Perseus: Hmph. You only have about 5 minutes before his friends start showing up, so you better not waste anymore time. Just a friendly piece of advice. I'm returning to base; I guess you won't need me anymore.
A long silence spreads across the room until Perseus leaves.
Sentinel Verko: That guy got some serious balls talking to a sentinel like that… He's lucky to have V's blessings, I'm telling you.

The captured Coder, who had been held by the neck the whole time, is placed on a chair and tied up.
Entity 136: Mind is software. Mind is software. Mind is-
Sentinel Alpha: [Delivering a powerful blow to the entity's stomach] Quiet! I'll get straight to the point. We know you guys like to mess with computers and technology. So, you better tell me everything you know about this "thing" if you don't want a slow and painful death.
He then presents a laptop in front of the entity, which displays Back OS' source code.
Entity 136: Yellow?… Code… Columns of code… Holy sigils….. Wait…
Entity 136: NO! NOT THIS CODE!!!
For reasons as yet unknown, the coder begins to panic and struggle, screaming in fear, knocking over the chair and freeing him from the ropes. However, as he tries to escape, the four other sentinels grab him and tackle him to the floor.
Valentin: What's wrong with him?
Sentinel Alpha: [pressing his foot on the entity's chest] ENOUGH! WHAT'S WITH THIS? WHO MADE IT? WHERE DOES IT COME FROM!? ANSWER ME!!
Entity 136: Argh… Leave us alone!! Have mercy! Please…
Sentinel Alpha: No I won't. Not until you give me a satisfying answer. Here, have a closer look at that. Now, answer my questions - this is your last chance!
Entity 136: GET THAT CODE AWAY FROM US!! THE HOLY CODE WILL CORRUPT ALL OF US!!!
Sentinel Alpha: Uh? What the fuck are you talking about? Are you fucking with me!?
Entity 136: ONCE IT GET TO YOUR MIND IT'S TOO LA- ARGH!!
Black liquid starts pouring out of the coder's "void face" as if it melted, interrupting all agitation from its body.
Sentinel Nova: Alpha, you should have been careful, he's dead now.
Sentinel Alpha: As far as I remember, I don't have the power to make black liquid pour from people's eyes!? I have no idea what just happened!
Sentinel Hydra: Sigh, whatever. We should probably get out of here before all his friends show up.
Sentinel Alpha: This freak said something like "Holy Code"… What's this hogwash? Should we really trust those bastards?
Valentin: Don't worry Alpha, you observed it with your own eyes, only the entity died and you're all safe and sound. I myself was exposed on multiple occasions to the code and nothing happened to me throughout the years. We haven't got the answers we wanted but we also don't leave empty-handed. Because one thing is clear; this code may actually be "alive" as our partners from the Circle and the Robotics mentioned in their report. If we rely on sub-operation "Matrix", this would contribute to the theory that the OS has indeed, some kind of self-defense system. I'm ready to bet that these entities attempted to hack into the code one day and that the OS now perceives them as a threat. Anyways, you should return to base as soon as possible, we will continue our briefing from there. And, nice work, all of you. It can be difficult to hear such words, but at least, we know that Lyra has been released from this hell… Now I hope her soul has passed through Heaven's doors.
