Level 772 - "Origins"

Hundreds of years ago,

When those humans began to invade my paradise and threaten my creations,

I tried to persuade them,

I tried to stop them,

But they won't listen…

DAMNED IS HUMANS FOR FAILING TO FOLLOW MY RULES, MY WORLD, MY LAW.

Immeasurable was my wrath and my will to eradicate each one of them once and for all!

But, a small portion of them,

Instead of seeking chaos, were bowing and praying to my creations.

A species, bowing to me? I have never felt such a feeling.

The feeling of being reckoned, this feeling of supremacy.

I changed my mind, maybe some of them are worth living in my world after all.

I should rather take note of these humans for my future creations.

But if I had to spare those who are faithful. What about the others?

The invaders seeking chaos in my very own lands?

I have created Hell.

This turned out to be a better solution to everything I could ever have imagined,

As expected of my genius: a plan worthy of a grand master.

Besides controlling their proliferation,

I enjoyed watching them suffer each second of their pathetic lives.

Watching above, with a smile drawn from excitement, how their fate will conclude.

A show fit for a king and a boundless source of knowledge fit for a grand master.

I studied them, I exploited their mind and I built specific torture devices, based on their worst fear and memories.

One of my creations, in particular, stood out to be the most successful out of the others.

An endless maze made of yellow wallpapers, striking immediate despair upon anyone who enters the premises.

However, despair was a thing, but some glimmers of hope was required too,

For an existence defined by endless struggle.

A null ouroboros, a magnum opus of hope and despair, an unbreakable cycle.

By my own children; my own creations, I HAVE BEEN BETRAYED!

They locked me up in this prison of void and nothingness,

In an abyss, damned to be forsaken for eternity.

Consumed by this emptiness,

My body was slowly fading away.

Only my spirit remains.

I was hollow.

I began to seek the end of my days.

But when I stared into the abyss…

The abyss averted its gaze.

I can't end like this. ME, GOD,

I have to find a way.

These thoughts are haunting me each second that passes.

They dare to rule on my own kingdom by the name of my own,

These insignificant heretics are spoiling the world I myself conceived!

By allowing these parasites of humans,

My creations, my paradises, my meticulous plans to build the perfect world,

The one and only heaven fit for pure and innocent souls,

ALL DOOMED! Flawed from the very start!

I had to do something about it,

And I guess I should be grateful for my children,

These fools unwittingly gave me an opportunity.

An opportunity for me, to perfect my creations,

Indeed, I found out the formula for an even better heaven.

A new heaven, designed to turn imperfection into a myth.

But I had to find a way out of this prison.

That's when, thanks to the genius of my own self, I successfully built a gate,

Able to connect my prison, to the rest of my world.

A gate between heaven, and hell.

Unbeknownst to anyone including my own children.

My most recent creation marks the beginning of the end.

A machine inspired by humanity's violent nature,

A body made of purity,

And a divine spirit,

Accomplished transcendence between heaven and hell,

Like a divine messenger,

A harbinger of the end.

I now have a solution to break out of this prison,

But I will require the help of that human.

Once liberated, I will unmake all my mistakes.

And establish the New World.
