Topic: Something Weird about Level 924
Initiator: PanScridge
Participants: PanScridge, outland6567
PanScridge: Hey, dude. Got a sec? I think there might be something wrong with Level 924.
outland6567: Why are you reaching out to me then? You are the archivist here. I cannot help you with a problem like this.
PanScridge: Yeah, but I need somebody to share the burden with… I'm just tired of working 24/7.
outland6567: Geez, alright. What's the problem?
PanScridge: So far, at least from what I know, Level 924's never been reported to exist. I've never heard anything about it. I suppose it could have been there this whole time. Perhaps I just didn’t notice it.
outland6567: To be honest, however, there are so many SPaG problems and odd expressions—I have roughly read it and soon put it aside. It doesn't seem to be what a normal human writes. The level can be risky.
PanScridge: But this is truly tempting—enough supplies, organized service, not bad jobs, and even infinite electricity! I mean, it is just like a copy of the Frontrooms, or an even better one!
PanScridge: But listen, the file says some incredible things about it.
PanScridge: W8. I'll link it.
Here is the link.
outland6567: As you’ve already said yourself, this Level is supposedly like a heaven, yet neither of us has heard a word about it. Most likely nobody ever heard a thing about it. And that’s because it’s either a trick or because it was taken down for a reason.
PanScridge: But what if it just exists yk? What if it’s just forgotten? I could become a hero, and the Level could become a sanctuary. It might even be able to feed the whole backrooms population, and we’d no longer need to fear anything.
outland6567: Hmm, I see where you’re coming from, but don’t you think it’s too good to be true? There are literally zero Levels which could even be compared to this supposed Level 924. Why are you so adamant on searching for it?
PanScridge: I feel like you’re being ignorant. Moreover, dangerous Levels are few and far between. It’s more likely to be safe than dangerous.
outland6567: I’ll admit that I might have been harsh and that I can’t force you to change your mind. All I can really do is give you a piece of my mind. You do you. Please remember that I tried to warn you.
PanScridge: I appreciate your concern. However, I am still going to try to find it.

The town area is where everyone drives to work and complete their daily tasks to feed their family. The jobs themselves can range from small cashier jobs to working at nuclear power plants. FILE #03: Superior Archivist Panscridge's Diary
Day 1
Today I’ve set out for 924. According to the document, I need to find a poster to get in. I've been searching for one in Level 11, but it's not easy. The city is full of various posters, and it's hard to pick out the right one.
After some time I realized I might have better luck on a different Level. They don't have as many posters all over the place as Level 11 does.
It actually worked. I found a poster near the entrance of Level 4. At first glance, I was sure it was what I had been looking for. I'll go to bed now and I’ll enter the level tomorrow.
Day 2
Why didn't it take me to 924? Somehow, I ended up in Level 3. Maybe I missed some important detail. I'll check the document again.
I still have no idea. I'll keep looking.
I ran into a Hound just now. Luckily it ran away after I threw a bottle of almond water at it.
Day 3
I am running out of food. Maybe I should visit Base Gamma.
But I am so close to… I think I could still hold on a little longer.
[The Middle Part of The Diary Has Been Torn out]
Day 18
I’ve finally made it to 924. Something seems to be off, but I can't really put my finger on it. Still, the place is nice enough. There are people everywhere—ordinary people—going about their day. They all look satisfied.
I keep having this bizarre thought… but never mind that… does it really matter in a place like this?
Day 19
That weird thought I was having is gone now. This city is kinda starting to grow on me. Honestly, I should document this place so other wanderers can find it. There’s plenty of food, it’s safe and it’s so peaceful. Strangest of all, my social anxiety started getting better too.
I took a local up on his invitation today. We went to his place and had a massive meal together. Everyone here treats each other like close friends or family; it's like a perfect little world.
I did notice the meal tasted a bit off. And my nose started bleeding halfway through the dinner. But honestly, I'm just happy to finally be somewhere this pleasant for once.
Day 20
Still bleeding a lot, and now my skin is turning red. It's weird. I went to the beach to relax today, but I started feeling incredibly sleepy. I'm writing this down before I drift off. It's probably nothing.

FILE #04: M.E.G. Notice#0038
A deceased body of undetermined gender and origin was found lying on the ground in the foetal position on its right side in Level 4. This corpse is highly irradiated and is crusted black, exhibiting severe thermal and radiation burns. With the very few hazmat suits accessible at the moment, two M.E.G. personnel were dispatched to escort the body to Base Omega for forensic analysis.
Medical reports indicate the subject suffered severe internal bleeding, with over five hundred grams of ash, rock debris, and wood powder recovered from the stomach. While this caused massive internal trauma, the definitive cause of death has been ruled as acute radiation poisoning.
The M.E.G. is actively investigating the origin of the decedent and the location of the radioactive source to ensure the safety of all wanderers. Stay safe.
