Very cool rewrite in my opinion. The original sense of liminality has been preserved, meanwhile needed expansion on other fields has been diligently carried out.
Perhaps one or two bits feel oddly precise, but this didn't have a negative effect imo. Loved the inclusion of worms as a subtle replacement for the old (and kinda random to me) entities by the way, and the exchange of the town for the empty barns feel on point too. +1.
Thank you! I was careful to keep the liminality, and tried to add to it where possible (e.g. the wheat starving you if you try to survive on it alone)
The old gluff entity was based on the old non-cc image for level 10, so there was no reason to keep them. And worms are cool. And you can eat them in a pinch.

This rewrite doesn't necessarily feel like it expands on anything in Level 10, besides just the removal of the things that didn't work in the original. I like that fact, as it definitely gives Level 10 an actual feeling of uniformity instead of being the Stuff HappensTM level
There are some good additions, too, although mostly I like the fact some elements of the level were removed. The worms are… Okay? like, they exist, and maybe for some it's creepy that worms exist underneath all of Level 10, but for me it feels kinda pointless. Like it only exists to pad out an extra two paragraphs and add in some kind of weird, vague threat/hazard. It's an eh change, I don't mind it's there but I wouldn't exactly winge about it not being there if it was removed (or about any entities, for that matter)
The SD banner I don't like at all, not because it's badly designed, but because it just feels like abunch of div boxes. it's a lot of stuff happening in a small area, a hell of a lot of dead space, and the fact it's nothing but square div boxes make it feel less like a banner and moreso just like a random assortment of, well, div boxes. The blur effect on the other boxes are okay, although personally they look weirdly darkened? idk, maybe just a me thing.
Overall, yeah, it's okay. I'm not going to upvote or downvote it, since it's… Just okay. It's an improvement to the old Level 10, but not in any way that intrigued me more than "oh, a new Level 10" and "thank god the weird groups and shit were removed". Can't deny there wasn't time and effort put into this, too, although I'm not going to upvote because of that fact.
(Also, I would personally use the third image as the first image, goes for the liminal and lonely vibes a lot more than the first one actually does due to the amount of large trees getting in the way of the composition)

As an extension, I know you were going for the empty feeling with the entrances and exits, but c'mon, you could've picked a few of the other ones to use purely so the rewrite could be more up-to-date. Especially with the last one Level Guff exists for this exact reason

the entrances and exits aren't meant to be comprehensive — when you try to be with a level like this you get a ridiculous list either way, and i don't think that'd add to the reader's experience of this page. when i intentionally don't create a long exits list, the exits can't really go out of date, because they were never trying to list every one in the first place

I just found the third image a bit useless, I think it would look better if it focused on an image of a structure or a barn
i couldn't really find any suitable barn images. like, the the second image is barley and the first is wheat, but yeah it's not got a massive point to it. i kinda like that, though? drives home the monotony of the exterior

A great rewrite for Level 10. As a slight nitpick, 'tis a little bland besides the little blockquotes, which feel somewhat disjointed. This, however, was not enough to sway my overall opinion: This is a good page.
to be honest, if you find this level 10 to be bland, I'm not sure I could have done much for you (while keeping true to level 10)
the disjointed feel is kinda intentional, you're meant to see them as extracts of what would have been a longer story
