You know what, in the Chinese version(although not in the InterTranslate, but this do exists), the U.E.C. was veeeeryyyyy interested in making this stuff.

maybe it would fit more to have this page's theme be a mix of the m.e.g.'s and the u.e.c. since both have a hand in the device's history
use the u.e.c. theme because it's their object and to highlight how much this is way out of the m.e.g.'s normal way of documenting things (just to show how much this information is supposed to stay hidden, after all, if it's not public, why use the normal theme?)
and then use the m.e.g.'s logo to replace the u.e.c.'s along with replacing the unbound with the m.e.g.'s name, because this is supposedly being viewed from the m.e.g.'s records and because the m.e.g. seem to have a sort of odd guilt when it comes to the device despite its existence not really being their fault
