Aside from that, it looks like a pretty nice level to get lost in.
I think this is a pretty well fleshed out level. The only thing I think is missed opportunity is having the Whispers actually be attempting to convince people to step out of their cars.

It feels like the writing contradicts itself with "entities avoid the car" and "if you stay in a place for too long an entity will find you".
