not enough stuff to it, and generally confused. -1

good taste bad execution. -1
Very interesting concept, but more detail could be put into the Do's and don'ts section. Otherwise very intriguing, +1
The entry is good but could definitely be improved with some more details, especially the do's and don'ts because the "there's nothing you can do anymore" is kinda corny in my opinion. Still a +1
Honestly, I liked it. I find the whole "he knows you as much as you know him" scenario. Though I don't know how him getting rid of all of his senses makes him impeccable to being discovered by wanderers. Is it just some kind of anomalous effect or bad writing?
Also why does he not like people to know about him? I mean it's the backrooms so like he's definitely not out of place if you see him. The whole thing reminds me about SCP 096 in a way with the whole "I don't like to be studied" thing.
Overall I liked the main premise, but if the author happens to see this maybe they could take this crit into consideration.
I do believe a better comparison would be ●●|●●●●●|●●|●, as both look for the person who knows information and kills/takes them.
However, both are unique entities.
Numbed Man only knows as much as you read/know about him. However, ●●|●●●●●|●●|● immediately knows where you are and where the paper is, no matter what.

Ok im a little scarred of this thing now. I get it. If you know anything about him, he knows your counterpart of that same info. If you know how to kill him, he knows how to kill you. And the part about needing to eat is ominous, which makes me think he's cannibalistic. Yeah I hate this thing already. You could have phrased it to give a little more info but otherwise it's an incredibly unique and horrifying idea. And those to point are what makes it perfect for the backrooms. Just add a little more info please.
Would be a lot better if there's higher quality css(?). Probably. This is nondescript for now.
+1 though.
This thing is possibly the most terrifying backrooms entity to exist.
could have a bit more to it, but also on the other hand I think some people were looking for things you didn't even want to deliver :P
You promised you'd take me there again some day… but you never did.
