The concepts introduced here are interesting and keep the attention of the reader for a pretty good amount of time.

There are some SPaG things that I would make sure to pay attention to (for instance using "derailing" as a way to describe derailing is unnecessary.

But, other than the SPaG things and the longing for more, it works just fine as is.

No-clipping Gone Wild! also known as No!-clipping is one of my favorite things. The "agent James" in your dialogue seems off. I believe that "agent Bozzelli" would be more professional. A small price to pay.
