I think Hotel is a good theme for Backrooms. If classical music and dim light were mixed, this hotel could be even more mysterious and spooky, but its little environment description1 leads to a boring, unfeatured one. Maybe, I think, the author or other rewriters can add some more detailed description and imagination, for example, the spatial layout of the hotel furnishings, what the special furnishings in it are like (in detail), the atmosphere that the sounds and music create, etc. In a word, I give this page a downvote because of its failed shape of the environment and atmosphere. L5 is worth a improvement.

This one is less detailed than level 3, but makes up for it by actually not only having a set vibe, but details that actually are interesting.
Homely Hotel is actually a good group, as they clearly are major enough to warrant a mention but not major enough to feel superficial and mary-sue like. They just fit.
The originals are great as well, as the concept of people from different times entering the backrooms does make sense, and may even serve to fix the WIFI ISSUE.
The Lost Hall Society needs some more lore to be good.
"Level 5 is fairly mysterious and infamous for its strange noises that can be heard. Such as distant party chatter that can be heard on the other side of walls. People have reported that there is an unseen presence watching them around every corner. Reports had mentioned whispering noises incoherently behind them, something tapping their shoulder when they're alone and the supposed watching eyes from the aged paintings scattered about. Throughout Level 5 are three (3) main areas that are listed below."
This paragraph is ass. firstly, meg deals with literal abominations why would it be afraid of S O U N D. Secondly, meg does not do rumors. Third, the first sentence is not grammatically correct and the second sentence is a senntence fragment. Finally, the three (3) shit seems unessecary.

Still, this is the best one i've read so far.

Conceptually wise it's another sort of basic concept but I do think it shines more than anything from the 0-4 list.

The writing itself is where I just have more issues. It sort of flows weird and in parts just reads really clunky. Impacts the possible enjoyment that can be gleaned from this article especially when parts just read really poorly.

Also, it uses "seems to be an infinite hotel." which is one of my least favorite writing tropes I see.

Maybe this article is better if you read the terror hotel canon but something should be able to stand on its own without reading multiple other articles to get enjoyment out of it.
