Okay this is one of the first entities I've read here in a while that is actually terrifying. Truly great work, especially with the logs!

What does this Entity do to the victim's souls? do the souls still go to the grave level? or does the entity actually do the worst things to the soul?

Entity 123 is only (as far as we know) interested in ending lives attached to specific names.
And interested in ending those lives in the most horrific ways.

I know, but what about the souls themselves? the very thing that is what every being needs, go to the afterlife, hell, or the grave level (backrooms only) after their life has ended, so what would happen to the very souls themselves?
This is an interesting line of thought.
My Entity 365, "Sightless Seers" from Level 365, does feed on the souls of its victims and leaves the physical corpses "uneaten." These souls are nourishment.
Entity 123 does not seem to care about the afterlife of its victims. This ethereal being only wants to end specific bloodlines tied to specific surnames. It's making a list and checking it twice….

you know, this makes me think of something, you may or may not like this, but it's a funny thought I had
if entity 123 and entity 365 are around after entity 123 kills a victim, I can imagine entity 123 saying "I don't want their soul, you take the soul instead, while I go and munch this corpse because I'm hungry" (could be basic meme text, or nutshell)

Enjoyed this read! I wonder if at any point you considered parking this under Phenomena instead? Though in the end, the phenomenon is caused by the entity!

Entity 123 appears both in the Frontrooms and Backrooms and has a "true name."
The "Law of Names" has been genuine (Frontrooms) lore in existence for centuries.

P.S. I seriously L-O-V-E the fact that the icon in your CECS has "glowing eyes" and "way too many teeth," a perfect illustration for my Entity 123.

Wonderful horror! Just what I expected from you, Mr. Goerman! It's been a while since I've read something on the backrooms that can make me actively shiver. I can't find anything to be nit-picky about on the article. Usually I have to list several things before I can +1 something.

I do have a question. Why did you name it "Your Name Here"? (I noticed you know the code for making a page spit the reader's name back at them) Why not make it the entity's true name?

Notice that I added "Who is next?" to the theme of that page.
Entity 123 chooses victims by their names.

Well, glorious work! Truly a bone-chilling page.
- Makes good use of the mystery factor, reserving the clinical reveals for later so that the impact on the reader while reading the logs is greater. Nice!
- Seems really original! An innovative concept with a great execution. Props!
- Actually accomplishes to make a Backrooms entity terrifying?! Superb work; this is something few entities that aim for it manage to do successfully.
All in all, an outstanding reading experience of its own, which while not being excesively long, keeps the reader thoroughly engaged and full with tension. Congrats. Would defo recommend.
Also, this entity reminds me of Death Note, haha. It awakened some memories I'm pretty fond of.
