Empowered entities means entities with unnatural powers! ie superpowers just, not as strong

I think the forgotten mall would have the alarms set off if the wanderer didn't pay and left, which alerts nearby entities
(the reason I say this is to add more consequences than just stuff being disintegrated and nothing else happening)
